It’s a rainy Monday in Portland, so naturally we’ve been surfing the web for video clips that remind us of sunnier days.  We were stoked to stumble across the In-Transit video trailer.  Presented by Josh Robinson of  Sideswipe Productions, Ronix and Urban Rider Cable, In-Transit looks to be one of the most stylishly filmed wakeboard videos ever.  Set in some of the most beautiful wakeboarding locales in the world, In Transit captures some of the most inspiring riding from Danny Harf, Chris O’Shea, Harley Clifford, Shawn Watson, Dean Smith, Chad Sharpe, Mitch Langfield, Randall Harris, and more.  We can’t wait for the full-length feature to be in stock soon!

The Hyperlite System marks the dawn of a whole new philosophy in wake footwear design. Since the first bungee binding, wakeboard boots have always faced an inherent design flaw – coupling a rigid plastic plate and a soft textile upper. This meant a sacrifice always had to be made in either support and durability, or comfort, fit, and range of motion. The new System Binding separates the traditional design creating a comfortable and lightweight water specific boot, free from any hard internal plastic or heavy plates. This separate, external binding then supplies all of the strength and support a rider could ever need, in a much stronger and more durable package.

Liquid Force’s Free for All Cable Tour is back! They’re bringing the FUN to a cable park near you this summer!  With a goal of introducing the sport of wakeboarding to new people, Liquid Force is teaming up with their Official Test Center’s throughout the US to offer a day of free riding, free food & drinks, and free giveaways!

Each participant will have the opportunity to demo all new 2011 Liquid Force wakeboards, 2011 Liquid Force bindings, wakeskates and wakesurfs on-site throughout the day.   They’ll have multiple Liquid Force global team riders at each event giving pointers and riding tips, Chipotle and Monster Energy will be providing free food and drinks, and each participant will have be receiving free giveaways from sponsors such as Skull Candy, Monster Energy, Spy Optics, Supra Boats, New Era, Vertra, and Transworld Wakeboarding Magazine.

Liquid Force Founder Tony Finn stated “Everyone at Liquid Force is very excited about the Free For ALL!  When we started wakeboarding, we didn’t want it to be a sport where you need to buy an $80,000 boat to participate.  My first wakeboard boat cost $1,000 and I shared it with 2 other people!” He continued, “Now, with Cables, it’s a lot cheaper to enjoy and experience wakeboarding!!  We really hope lots of people come out and have a great time and RIDE FOR FREE ALL DAY!!!”
