Samson Sports are almost done with the design and production of the NEW Wakeboard Tower Mirror arm for the New Malibu G3 Tower. Here are a couple pictures of a 2010 Malibu VLX with the G3 tower. The prototype came out really nice. The Mirror seams to be out of the way of the driver but still gives a wide point of view when spotting the rider. This is a must for any 2010 Malibu Boat owner.

The Malibu Illusion X / XS Wakeboard Tower Mirror Arm by Samson Sports was the first to offer the CIPA 3 lens Extreme mirror for a tower. Samson Sports now offers the same 3 lens CIPA mirror in a package designed exclusively for the Malibu Illusion X and XS towers. You can adjust the center lens to view behind the boat and adjust the outside lenses to view outside the wake. You should be able to view your rider the entire time without having to turn around to see if they have crashed. The Malibu mirror package will com complete the billet mirror arm and clamp CNC machined for the Illusion tower, the Cipa Xtreme 3 lens mirror and a quick release handle that will allow the arm to swing out of the way for collapsing the tower. The Malibu Illusion G3 Wakeboard Tower Mirror Arm for all 2010 Malibu Boats will be available November of 2009.

It looks like Malibu Boats has stepped it up once again with the new generation 3 version of the Illusion Wakeboard Tower. Although the tower curvature design features the same style as last years Illusion XS Tower there are many new cool little changes that will make everyone want to upgrade their boats to a 2010 Malibu. Well maybe not but Gerry and Greg sure hope so.
